Red Wine ("Vino Rojo")

Vermont State Law permits open bottles of wine to be taken off premise. 

  • Jargon  Pinot Noir(Chile) Dressed in fresh purple red colour, this is a voluptuous Pinot Noir with rich fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and strawberry – a red fruit party!

  • Cellar No 8 Cabernet Sauvignon(California) Dense dark flavors of Black Cherries, blackberries and vanilla lead to a smooth finish.
  • Zolo Bonarda (Argentina) Spice notes, plum and blackberry aromas, dense, savory, loaded with flavor.Black licorice notes carried by dense but integrated tannins. The finish lets sage and mint notes chime in.
  • Graffigna Malbec (Argentina) The wine is deep red with violet highlights. Aromas of great complexity with very ripe dark berries, a touch of black pepper, and spicy fragrances.
  • Terraza de los Andes Malbec (Argentina) Bright and generous, a lively mouthful of ripened plums and boysenberry, with chewy tannins and a violet scent building up to a refreshing finish.
  • Dona Paula Estate Malbec(Argentina) Intense violet color; plums, black cherries, licorice and dried herbs aromas in the nose. Sweet, round and ample in the mouth, with a lingering finish.
  • Chateau Haut Montplaisir Malbec (Cahors, France) Very juicy wine, with tannins that gives shape to solid, chunky fruits. It is the ripe fruit and acidity that drive the bitter chocolate and smoky flavors
  • Louis Jadot Pinot Louis Jadot Pinot (Burgundy, France) The very typical Pinot aromas and flavors of red cherries and wild strawberries are complemented by a delicious, lingering finish
  • Chateau St. Jean Sonoma Pinot Noir (Sonoma, CA) Youthful and inviting, this Pinot displays lovely aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cranberry as well as hints of rose and leather.
  • Argyle Pinot Noir (Williamette Valley, Oregon) This silky red shows pretty strawberry fruit, with a hint of licorice lurking in the background, persisting nicely.
  • Archery Summit Pinot Noir (Williamette Valley, Oregon) This wine is unctuous and generous in the mouth yet finessed by an acidity which keeps it vibrant and lively. The finish is long and persists with an elegant nod towards dark chocolate and cherries.

  • Nine Stones Shiraz(Australia) Exciting and full of exotic chocolate, minty, black cherry characters, with some white pepper overlaid with subtle oak character.
  • Casa Lapostolle Merlot (Chile) Clean aromas of ripe red fruit dominate with sweet spices and notes of herbs of Provence and rosemary towards the finish.
  • Santi Solane Valpolicella Ripasso(Veneto, Itlay) A delicious, feminine Valpolicella, the Solane offers up generous red berries, crushed flowers, spices and licorice.
